BCAPOP Celebrates Another Successful Annual Conference Pregnancy Outreach Programs		news Pregnancy Outreach Programs May 7, 2007 Pregnancy Outreach Programs (POP) have been a place where women can come for support to have a healthy baby. POPs were created to reach out to women who do not access typical prenatal information and services. There are now over 46 programs in BC. They are located in community centers, health centers and friendship centers. They are well supported by agency partnerships, volunteers and by donations from the community. This site has been created to help women in BC access knowlege and help through these programs.
