Program Description:
Support for pregnant and post partum women until their babies are 6 months old. Hours: Monday and Thursday 9:30a.m. - 3:00p.m.Tuesday 11:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. Wednesday 10:00a.m.- 7:00p.m. Group Drop-ins:Lunch and Childcare provided. Bustickets available. Different activities each week. Tuesday: 11:30a.m. - 1:30p.m. Wednesday:4:00 - 6:00p.m.

Program Description:
Give you and your baby the best start to your new lives together by joining the Prenatal Wellness Program as early in pregnancy as possible. This program includes weekly exercise and education sessions to give you all the tools you need to maintain 'wellness' during this exciting time. Please note this program is a complement to your labour & delivery class.
