BCAPOP & BCAAFC Present: Indigenous Birthworkers Forum | Together with BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres (BCAAFC), BCAPOP is hosting the Indigenous Birthworkers Forum, an event for self-identifying Indigenous individuals, who are birthworkers. The forum has been developed by the BCAAFC alongside an Advisory Committee of self-identifying Indigenous Birthworkers. The purpose of the forum is to provide training and development opportunities that are inclusive, maintain integrity, and support the health, wellbeing and safety of Indigenous birthers and families.
