Registration Fee Payment

Payment for registration fees can be made by credit card (on-line) or cheque.  NOTE: Payment must be received within 30 days of registration.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Deadline: September 15, 2019

There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellation requests received by September 15, 2019. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after September 15, 2019.

The Conference Committee reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the program if registration is insufficient.

Registrant Substitution Policy

Registrants unable to attend may substitute someone else from the same organization.  A $75 substitution fee will be charged.  Substitutions requests must be made at the time of cancellation.  No substitutions will be granted after September 15, 2019.
