NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting of the BC Association of Pregnancy Outreach Programs will be held at the following date and location:

Wednesday September 14, 2022
 1:30pm – 2:30pm PT  | virtual  (zoom)

The meeting is called for the purposes of:

  • Approving the minutes of the September 23, 2021 Annual General Meeting
  • Receiving the BCAPOP Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022
  • Considering and approving by Special Resolution, if appropriate, two (2) amendments to the existing Bylaws; and
  • Electing Directors to the Board.
All are welcome to attend; however, only Program Members in good standing are eligible to vote.

Program Members - your attendance is critical in order to ensure quorum. Only Program Members in good standing as of September 12, 2022 are eligible to vote. Program Members must delegate one person to vote on their program's behalf.

Reminder For Paid Virtual Event Registrations: Registration is for the paid registrant only, and is not be shared/viewed with non-registrants. BCAPOP reserves the right to invoice the paid registrant for any additional unpaid viewers using the paid registration.

Member Pricing: Only individuals listed under a member profile are eligible to receive member pricing. You must be logged in to your BCAPOP account BEFORE REGISTERING for a paid event in order to receive discounted member pricing, as pricing cannot be adjusted after registration. Member accounts must be in good standing to receive discounted member pricing.
