About this webinar

Feeling disconnected from and anxious about our bodies is very much the norm for many people today. Unfortunately, the experience of pregnancy has the potential to amplify these worries and body fears. When we work with pregnant people who are navigating body anxieties, it is common for our own body challenges and fears to come into play.

In this workshop we will seek to first understand the pressures and traps that that often leave us feeling uneasy and unhappy in our bodies. From this understanding we will learn healing approaches and tools that can support a more peaceful, trusting and respectful relationship to our bodies, and ourselves. When we are in a more centred place with our bodies, we are better able to hold space for others struggling with their own.
