ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

This annual event draws more than 150 perinatal professionals and helping peers from BC and features three days of opportunities, including a pre-conference session, Networking Reception and a two-day main conference.  Attendees will experience a program full of inspiring speakers, best practice updates, skill building sessions, and the strengthening of a provincial network that drives perinatal professionals and helping peers to improve outcomes for perinatal people and their families. 

EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR EXHIBITOR PACKAGE 

As one of our valued Exhibitors, you will have many opportunities to engage and network with our attendees, share updates and information about your products and/or services.

  • Exhibitor tables will include one skirted 6’ table and two chairs. Please advise us if you have any requirements or special requests for your table and contact us if you require shipping information to the venue.
  • Set up schedule and conference agenda will be distributed closer to the event date.
  • Lunch and breakfast break presentations are subject to BCAPOP approval.
  • BCAPOP is not responsible for attendance levels at sponsored events.
  • Exhibitor benefits are subject to change at BCAPOP’s sole discretion.
  • BCAPOP will not share attendee lists. You are welcome to gather these at your exhibitor table from willing attendees.

TRAVEL & ACCOMODATIONS

The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport in Richmond, BC. 

The Westin Wall Centre will be offering a limited room block rate of $279/night plus taxes for BCAPOP exhibitors & conference attendees. A reservation link will be available soon. You are responsible for your own travel expenses and/or hotel accommodations, which are not included in your ticket price. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. No refunds or cancellations, however substitutions are permitted. Please email admin@bcapop.ca for substitution requests. 


    Important Information For Paid Event Registrations:
    Reminder For Paid Virtual Event Registrations: Registration is for the paid registrant only, and is not be shared/viewed with non-registrants. BCAPOP reserves the right to invoice the paid registrant for any additional unpaid viewers using the paid registration.

    Member Pricing: Only individuals listed under a member profile are eligible to receive member pricing. You must be logged in to your BCAPOP account BEFORE REGISTERING for a paid event in order to receive discounted member pricing, as pricing cannot be adjusted after registration. Member accounts must be in good standing to receive discounted member pricing.
