Payment & Refund Policy
Credit card payments preferred. No refunds or cancellations, as all completed registrations will receive access to a recording of the conference, which be available for 2 weeks after the conference (February 24th - March 10th).
Registration is not compete until payment is received.
BCAPOP is not offering discounted member pricing for this event.
Payment Deadlines:
Until January 10th: payment must be received by January 10th to be eligible for the early bird discount; otherwise pending registration will be cancelled.
January 11th - February 22nd: payment must be received by February 22nd; otherwise pending registration will be cancelled.

Registration is intended for the paid registrant only. Registration is not be shared/viewed with non-registrants. BCAPOP reserves the right to invoice the paid registrant for any additional unpaid viewers using a paid registration.
