Richmond Healthy Care Pregnancy Program Community Conversation

Dear Community Service Providers,

Aitra Women's Resource Society and BC Association of Pregnancy Outreach Programs (BCAPOP) would like to invite Richmond area helping professionals and peers to a community conversation web meeting.

This pilot project and conversation event was in the planning stages as a face-to-face conversation prior to the pandemic.  We feel that now, more than ever, it is important to move forward.

We will be re-introducing the Healthy Care Pregnancy Program (HCPP) Pilot Project to the community and discussing how we can work together to best support pregnant and newly parenting women using substances.  We will be connecting with Amneet, the new Inreach worker at Atira who is now in this role.

There will be discussion about what services the HCPP In-reach worker will be providing and a sharing space for what other organizations and acute care centers are providing during this time to pregnant and newly parenting women using substances.
