BCAPOP ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting of the BC Association of Pregnancy Outreach Programs will be held at the above noted date and location.

The meeting is called for the purposes of:

  • Approving the minutes of the September 18, 2024, Annual General Meeting;
  • Receiving the BCAPOP Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025;
  • Re/election of board members

The AGM agenda and package will be sent closer to the date.

All are welcome to attend; however, only one representative of each BCAPOP Program Member in good standing is eligible to vote.

A reminder that Program Member attendance is critical to ensure quorum so that the meeting may proceed.

Reminder For Paid Virtual Event Registrations: Registration is for the paid registrant only, and is not be shared/viewed with non-registrants. BCAPOP reserves the right to invoice the paid registrant for any additional unpaid viewers using the paid registration.

Member Pricing: Only individuals listed under a member profile are eligible to receive member pricing. You must be logged in to your BCAPOP account BEFORE REGISTERING for a paid event in order to receive discounted member pricing, as pricing cannot be adjusted after registration. Member accounts must be in good standing to receive discounted member pricing.
